Foreman (Services, Finishes & Defects) | $150M Government Project

Job description I'm Currently on the search for 3 Foreman to work across finishes, services or defects on a large scale government project that would initially start on a 3-6 month contract with the view to extend longer term or permanent (if desired).
These roles are due to start mid November but could be sooner/later for the right candidate.
The Builder: A well-known, respected and long standing builder who are top of their field Detailed new builds in Government, Institutional, Commercial and Residential projects Strong client base, enabling the builder to work on some of Australia's most Exclusive and Exciting Projects Projects Range from $10mil to $150mil The Role: Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors Managing either finishes, services trades or the completion of defects Coordinate trades and deliveries on site Managing the works to ensure program and quality expectations are met to minimise any defects and long term maintenance issues Managing the works to reasonably ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with relevant standards Liaising with sub-contractors, internal parties and various stakeholders Ensuring the project on time & budget What We Are Looking For?
