Foreman (Finishes and/or Structural) - ApartmentsBuilder/Developer looking for a Site Foreman (Finishes and/or Structural) to work with an established team. We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in Apartments. Ideally trade qualified; however, experience is essential. Minimum 5+ years experience with the ability to manage subcontractors to ensure they are fulfilling their scopes, monitoring their performance in regards to safety, quality, and programme.
Salary in line with market and depending on experience.
