Core Talent are currently recruiting for a reputable developer builder, who are seeking a Finishes Foreman for Inner Brisbane based projects with strong multi residential experience. Our client has a strong pipeline and existing projects. Role: As a Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible supervising and delivering internal components to a multi res build to a very high standard and finish. Reporting directly to Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of sub-contractors on-site and help meet deadlines. Experience Required: Trade background QBCC Open Licence (Builder or Supervisor) Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
