This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a focus on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.
Your duties vary but primarily include: Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals Participation in sales activities and marketing projects Continuous work against money laundering and followcurrent regulations and procedures. Daily Branch Activities
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience, Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, Must have excellent communication and negotiation skill set, Overall flexible to work at both locations, Responsible with great attention to detail, Ability tocomplete tasks with great accuracy in timely manner, Team player who enjoys collaborating with others, Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites Must be fluent in English, fluency in other languages would be advantageous.

Hours:Hours: 38 hours per week (Full-time),working 5 out of 7 days between the retail operating hours. Availability to work in the weekends and on Thursday (in line withlate shopping hours)are Must.
