Wanting to develop and be challenged - every day! The role of a Sales Consultant at ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change means a stimulating everyday life where no two days are the same. As an employee in one or more of our branches, you will work actively together with your team, characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.
Your duties may vary but primarily include: Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency. Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures. Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales activities. Participation in sales initiatives and marketing projects. You could be the best match for the role if: You are available to work night shift hours. You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing various customer profiles, and working towards set goals. You are results-driven and service-oriented, always aiming to deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability. You are a flexible employee who can work in several of our branches if necessary. You are responsible and have an eye for detail, completing tasks with great accuracy and within deadlines. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others. You have some computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office. You have an approved education at least at the upper secondary school level and have worked in sales activities. You are fluent in English; fluency in other languages would be advantageous. Hours: 38 hours per week (Full-time), 5 days' work between Monday to Sunday with late evening start time at 10:00 PM.
