We are currently looking for dynamic, highly enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals for a permanent part-time Sales Consultant position at our established stores located at Belconnen shopping center and Canberra Centre.
This pivotal role involves part-time work for delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a focus on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.
Your Duties Vary But Primarily Include: Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals Working on sales targets and contributing best to the store operations Participation in overall sales activities and marketing projects Continuous work against money laundering and following current regulations and procedures Daily Branch Activities and administration tasks We Are Looking For Individuals With The Following Qualities: Previous retail or customer service experience Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Overall flexibility to work at both locations Responsible with great attention to detail Ability to complete tasks with great accuracy in a timely manner Team player who enjoys collaborating with others Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites Must be fluent in English; fluency in other languages would be advantageous What can you expect from us?

Job Type: Part-time
Hours: Primarily work for 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
More shift hours can be allocated depending on operational requirements.
