Join us on our journey! We are currently looking for dynamic, highly enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals for a permanent part-time Sales Consultant position at our established stores located at Belconnen shopping center and at Canberra Centre.
This pivotal role involves full-time work for delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a focus on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.
Your duties vary but primarily include: Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX dealsWork on sales targets and contribute best to the store operationsParticipation in overall sales activities and marketing projectsContinuous work against money laundering and follow current regulations and proceduresDaily branch activities and administration tasksWe are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Previous retail or customer service experienceDriven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about salesMust have excellent communication and negotiation skill setOverall flexible to work at both locationsResponsible with great attention to detailAbility to complete tasks with great accuracy in a timely mannerTeam player who enjoys collaborating with othersBasic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suitesMust be fluent in English; fluency in other languages would be advantageousWhat can you expect from us? Hours: Full-time - 38 hours per week, 5 days working out of 7 days, flexibility to work on weekends and in line with long shopping hours on each Friday.
