FX Dealer – Melbourne Convera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. We leverage decades of industry expertise and technology-led payment solutions to deliver smarter money movements to our customers – helping them capture more value with every transaction.
In this role, you will work with a portfolio of clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.
In your role as FX Dealer, you will be:
Providing expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clientsClient relationship managementBooking FX deals over the phone for customersHedging discovery and upsellingMonitoring market conditionsYou will also be essential to the strategy of digitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiencyThis is a Hybrid role, split between our Melbourne CBD office on Collins Street, and work from home.You will ideally have:
Experience in the Foreign exchange industry is required to be consideredComfortable on the phone with corporate clients to explore their needs and present solutionsDegree preferredStrong attention to detailGreat communication and listening skillsthe ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levelsEffective time management skills and solid computer skills with the ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint are required.You must have existing working rights in Australia to be consideredAbout Convera: Convera serves more than 30,000 customers ranging from small business owners to enterprise treasurers to educational institutions to financial institutions to law firms to NGOs.
