As the HSE Advisor, you'll work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure every aspect of the project upholds the highest safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting site inspections Leading audits Delivering toolbox talks Investigating incidents and identifying root causes Implementing improvements to ensure smooth project progression You will be paid a salary of up to $170k, including super.
Your strong understanding of Australian HSE legislation and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to maintaining a culture of safety and compliance.
