What you'll do In your new role as Demand Analyst/Sales Forecast Analyst you will be responsible for bringing the BIG W Purpose to life by providing analysis and predictions for all products in store to contribute to the development, testing and execution of business strategies that will drive continuous improvement on Sales, Profit, Customer and Brand advocacy.
Use analysis and insight to accurately predict the purchasing behaviour of customers to support business objectives Ensure dataset accurately captures future events and seasonality impacts to be accurately reflected through BIG W forecasting systems Determining forecast methodologies to accurately predict weekly company sales for all products Maintaining accurate forecasts for all Big W stores to support optimal replenishment Contributing to the development, testing and execution of business strategies that will drive continuous improvement What you'll bring Experience in retail preferred Strong analytical problem solving and/or Forecasting Relationship building skills with facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills Organising data and drawing insights & recommendations What you'll experience We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
