We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Ford brand.
Due to our continued and unprecedented growth, we are excited to offer new key roles both internally and externally and this exciting opportunity to lead our highly professional and skilled team of Sales Consultants. We are currently leading the way in Customer Satisfaction with our team in the top percentile in the Region.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the Ford brand and drive business growth.Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise their performance and achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and digital content that effectively promote the brand.Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and the right model mix to meet customer demands.Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process.Coordinate and participate in brand events, product launches, and promotional activities, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.Analyse sales data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and sales performance.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards in all marketing and advertising efforts.Achieve all brand standards by excelling in all areas, including customer satisfaction, sales targets, brand representation, and adherence to brand guidelines.Requirements:Proven experience in automotive sales or brand management, with a focus on leading and managing teams.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and product portfolio.Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strategic mindset and analytical skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively.High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional development and advancement within our organisation.
