This newly created role is a critical part in growing our Foodservice business which is a key focus area of growth for our business. Therefore, this role will be reporting into the Portfolio & Marketing Director and based in Macquarie Park head office. This role will lead a team and be responsible for driving growth of our Foodservice portfolio through development and delivery of effective channel marketing strategy and activities to deliver against our Food Service growth aspirations.What you will doDevelopment and execution of Foodservice marketing strategy and priorities - to drive growth, leverage the scale of the GF portfolio & increase preference for our brands and productsOwn Foodservice cycle planning and activation calendar. Align brand and customer strategies to deliver maximum commercial returnSupport the development of key marketing campaigns into the Foodservice channelSupport the Foodservice Sales team to effectively deliver key customer initiativesLead cross category and portfolio initiatives to drive growth and leverage scaleComplete evaluation of in market activities – analyse the commercial return and make recommendations for future optimisationLead a team to deliver on the foodservice marketing planWhat You Will Need5+ years Foodservice channel experience and +8 years of overall marketing experienceAgency experience a bonusExperience in brand and customer campaignsProficient with customer data and insightsStrong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)Has a Hunger to have a real impactIs Open, curious and collaborativeIn return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development in a flexible working environment.
