The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a part time, Food & Textiles, Hospitality and Junior Secondary Science Teacher to join our team at Chinchilla Christian College, commencing in Term 1 2025.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will teach Years 7-10 Food & Textiles, Year 11/12 Hospitality Practices and Year 7 Science.
Remuneration As a Secondary Teacher, you will receive a remuneration package circa $85,794 – $123,169 plus super per annum, based on your experience level.

A current Christian church leader as a referee. A Bachelor's Degree in Education, or Graduate Diploma if you hold a Bachelor in a different field. Be a qualified teacher with QLD College of Teacher's Registration (QCT) or the ability to obtain QCT Registration. Support the College's mission, aims and values. Be innovative and enthusiastic with a passion for curriculum. Contribute to co-curricular activities. Be experienced in promoting effective student welfare and behaviour management. Strong organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise. The ability to teach from a Christian perspective, including teaching Biblical Studies.
