This includes adherence to regulatory requirements including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, food preparation and measuring.To be successful you will need:Ability to organise workload efficiently, effectively and in a timely mannerExperience in food distribution, correct measuring, and initial preparation of raw materials to be used in cookery classesSound Knowledge of food and the Food and Hospitality IndustryAbility to communicate in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writingSound Knowledge of Food safetyPlease refer to the Role Description for all selection criteria.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
