Respect also has home care services in multiple states, and more than 700 units in different retirement villages and independent living communities.About the Role: Under the direction of the Chef/Cook, the Food Services Assistant is responsible for contributing to the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Food Safety Program (FSP); and the provision of a variety of quality food and beverages to meet the resident's individual needs and preferences.Key Duties:Contribute to menu planning to meet the resident's needs and preferencesPreparation, serving, presentation and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the FSPGeneral cleaning in accordance with the FSPAssist with the monitoring and recording requirements of the FSP.
