As a Care Services Employee you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged, as you work as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote.
St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote (locally known as John Paul Village) is a 213-bed facility located 35km from Sydney's CBD.
It is situated next to the Royal National Park, one of Sydney's real treasures!

Things that work for us: Previous experience in a similar role Experience in an aged care facility or hospital environment desirable, providing services that support high quality food services outcomes for residents, customers and staff of the Facility High level of customer service skills Flexibility to work morning &/or afternoon shifts across the week Willingness to work in the kitchen or on serving, completing wash-up duties, unloading deliveries &/or whatever is required to provide an excellent food service for our residents Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills An ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation, and food safety standards An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities Current National Police Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
