We are seeking a Food Service Assistant for our Mornington Home to work on a Part time basis!
About the role As a Food Service Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, presentation, serving and clean-up of meals to our residents.
You will bring a strong commitment to customer service and food safety.
You will play an important role in committing to working safely within your team and promoting a positive outlook on the wellbeing of our residents.
What You Will Do Assist with monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety Program Contribute to a clean and safe working environment to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors and staff Ensure all Kitchen cleaning tasks meet CraigCare standards Understanding residents special dietary requirements Contribute to a clean and safe working environment to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors and staff Understand and execute infection control initiatives Ensure all cleaning tasks meet CraigCare Standards What You Will Bring Demonstrated experience in a similar role (medium to large Kitchen) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work as a team player Flexibility to work varied shifts Previous experience in Kitchen operations Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards Provide NDIS clearance, Rights to Work and up to date COVID & Flu vaccinations Culture and Benefits Learning & development .
