Peninsula Private Hospital is looking to employ a Food Services Assistant/Cook to join our friendly and supportive team. You will take pride in your work, have a positive work attitude, and an interest to achieve high standards of customer service.
As a Food Service Assistant/Cook your responsibilities will include: Food preparationCooking meals for patients and small eventsSupervise staff in the kitchenDeliver excellent customer service to staff, clients, and patientsDemonstrate sound time management, ability to prioritize, and deliver delegated tasks in a timely mannerSelection Criteria: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or more than 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchenKnowledge of IDDIS frameworkWorks well independently and within a teamAbout Us: With 70 inpatient Surgical, Medical and Rehabilitation beds, and 3 operating theatres located on the idyllic Redcliffe Peninsula, our facility averages 760 admissions per month.
