The role: We are seeking motivated Food Services Assistants to assist with the food preparation, production, plating service, ware washing, and cleaning duties in the provision of catering services to patients, visitors and staff of the hospital at the North West Regional Hospital. The ideal candidate will: Be a self starter who is able to prioritise work and complete tasks in an efficient yet effective manner. Have an understanding of appropriate WH&S legislation and codes of practice have the ability to communicate with patients, visitors and staff, of all levels and hold knowledge and experience in the food preparation, production, and service industry. Have sound communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build a good rapport with colleagues and staff Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application. Salary: $35.08- $36.50 per hour (including 25% casual loading). Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
