MeathRole type: Full time, PermanentRole And Responsibilities Driving the development of the customer service and complaints management handling function across multiple products.Utilizing data-driven approach to drive improvements in the complaints handling process to improve customer outcomes.Handle and log consumer calls with the highest level of customer service ensuring follow up action is taken as necessary.Collaborate with the Production and Quality departments in the timely investigation and closure of complaints.Prepare, generate and distribute weekly and monthly consumer complaints reports for operations and finance.Analyse reports to identify trends in complaint categories and report on findings.Organise and attend monthly customer complaint meetings with relevant departments and attend all relevant DDS meetings.Creating and closing all technical department Purchase orders.Manage all costs relating to consumer complaints to ensure the achievement of financial budget.Management of weekly pest control reports and informing relevant departments of concerns highlighted and support in closing non-conformances.
