Washes, rinses, and sanitises removable partsWipes down stationary partsWashes containers and utensilsRe-stocks supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredientsCollects cardboard and trash, operates trash compactor and cardboard balerTakes laundry to service pick up areaLogs sanitation procedures performed on daily report and comply with health codesFollows proper general safety and security procedures and standards.
