About the Role Rydges Adelaide is currently seeking Casual Food & Beverage staff to join our dynamic team of Hospitality professionals in our newly renovated Deck Cafe & award-winning Skyline Restaurant & Events Centre. You will join this stylish, recently refurbished hotel, offering 98 unique, modern rooms, perfectly located overlooking the Southern Parklands and Adelaide Hills.
The Hotel's Deck Café serves fresh rustic food and amazing coffee! You will need to have competent barista skills to be successful. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisors and Managers, you will be directly responsible for delivering amazing customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Our Skyline Restaurant serves modern Australian cuisine, overlooking the Adelaide Hills & Southern Parklands, providing guests with breathtaking views. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be performing all day-to-day procedures such as the opening of the bar, café and restaurant, room service, a la carte restaurant service, function set-ups and banqueting service.
