The Food & Beverage Supervisor position is a hands-on leadership role which will assist in the effective running of F&B outlets. The role will enable you to improve guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. You will oversee and assist F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.
A few of your responsibilities Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team membersMonitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintainedEnsure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficientSet specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flowMake recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimising costs to meet company and division budgetsWhat we are looking for Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectivenessAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlesslyStrong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standardsHave 24/7 availability and adaptability to various scheduling needsExpertise in building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyoneAbout you Do you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere where every interaction creates a memorable experience? You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to lead, mentor and encourage your team.
