Our Hotelis looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor (Full Time or Part Time) to join our engaged and friendly team, where your exceptional eye for detail, and passion for high quality, will provide guests with a truly memorable experience.
No day will be the same as you will get the opportunity to work across all areas of the hotel, to look after our valued clients in Epoche Bar, Locavore Restaurant, Conference & Events and Room Service.
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: Provide hands-on leadership to the Food & Beverage TeamWork alongside your team and motivate them to deliver resultsProvide training for new colleaguesEnsure high quality service standards while delivering a unique guest experienceEnsure brand standards are adhered to across the F&B operationAssist with rostering, payroll management, team development & the overall co-ordination of the departmentWork closely with key stakeholders including the F&B Manager, Kitchen staff, and other key roles in the businessDrive revenue outcomes for the HotelWhat we need from you: Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environmentExperience in leading, supporting and driving a teamThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloadsRSA CertificateFood Safety Certificate (this can be obtained after commencement)Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidaysMust speak fluent English and have the right to work in AustraliaHospitality qualification and/or local wine and culinary knowledge is highly regardedWhat we offer: You'll be rewarded for your hard work with a range of benefits that supports you throughout your IHG career journey
