As our Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Venue Manager, you will support leading a team to deliver the daily operations of the venue and provide an exceptional guest experience.
A few of your responsibilities: Assist Venue Manager to lead and support achievement of financial and operational targets Support the Manager and Assistant Manager in the development of business plans for the outlet and assist with the implementation of the business unit's and division's strategies Supervise staff and assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager complete all people planning requirements including training, development and performance management of staff Set specific daily performance objectives for all employees and supervise the service flow and performance standards Ensure all staff adheres to cash handling procedures, and record all cheque, money, credit card and room charge transactions in the MICROS system in accordance with policy and procedure Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materials and maintain level of stock.
