Food & Beverage Supervisor, Mindil Beach Casino Resort

The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be supporting restaurant management in guiding and training team members to deliver first-class food and beverage services to guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and supervise, train, and guide team members, ensuring the exceptional delivery of guest service excellence.
Assist in rostering team members effectively to meet business requirements.
Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Handle complaints, supporting team members to resolve any challenges.
Monitor food and beverage supplies and track daily costs and revenue.
What will you bring?
Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling.
Experience in a team-leading/supervisory role.
Knowledge of hazard analysis, critical control points and work health and safety regulations.
Experience or ability to manage a reservation system.
