in this part-time role and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team. The Position:
Monday to Friday – minimum weekends and nights Effective Supervisory Skills:
Confident in supervising and leading a team, with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Food Safety Awareness:
Strong commitment to ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Previous Supervisory Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, demonstrating effective leadership and decision-making abilities. Proficient in Coffee Making:
Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality coffee beverages to meet customer expectations.

Familiarity with Food Allergies:
Knowledgeable about common food allergies and experienced in handling special dietary requirements to accommodate diverse customer needs. Exceptional Organisational Skills:
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and maintain attention to detail. Basic Computer and Software Proficiency:
Competent in using computer systems and software applications necessary for daily operations and record-keeping. Positive Attitude:
Possessing a positive and proactive mindset, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
