The Position: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations Lead and motivate the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer serviceto the defence force Manage day to day operations and functions Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied while maintaining and monitoring quality customer service practices. Customer facing and direct contact for customers Monthly financial monitoring and reporting The Person: Exceptional customer service and communication Digital literacy – required to learn company specific reporting programs Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff Benefits :
