What you can expect in a day in this role: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of Longhorn SmokehouseEnsure excellent customer service and address guest requirements promptlyManage and support the team, fostering a positive work environmentCollaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staffMonitor inventory levels and place orders as neededMaintain health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining experienceWhat you will bring to the role: Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership roleStrong communication skills and the ability to lead a busy teamPositive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer serviceCurrent Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtainAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
