The opportunity
Kingfisher Bay Resort is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to play a pivotal role in instilling the smooth operation of our service department. You will support the Duty Manager in delivering supervision, induction, and training programs to team members and understand the importance of providing exceptional guest service.

About You
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
Proven team leadership skills with experience providing supervision, induction, and training.Hands-on experience across restaurant and bar service within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience working across a-la-carte, buffet, or high-volume weddings/events.Exceptional service standards and a passion for quality hospitality.Motivated to drive others to achieve team KPIs.Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Minimum one year experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory/team leader role.Preferably experience working within a hotel/resort.Valid Queensland RSA certificate.Demonstrated barista, wine, and cocktail experience.Valid Food Handling Certificate (highly regarded).Hold the right to live and work in Australia.The Benefits - Conditions Apply
