Experience in supervising a team. Understanding of ala carte restaurant service & bar operations. Stock and consumables ordering and control. Professional presentation. Ability to prepare consistently great coffee with latte art at speed. Full Australian working rights. Ability to work in and lead a team. Punctual and reliable.
