Description The Role Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
We are expanding our team in the restaurant and seeking a full-time or part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with the day-to-day running of our onsite restaurant, Thyme. The Food & Beverage Supervisor provides hands-on support to the entire Front of House team and:
leads by example to develop a positive team culture focused on a very high level of guest experience. supervises Food and Beverage operations across the venue. assists the Food and Beverage Manager with ordering, receiving of goods, inventory management, and stocktake. coordinates between restaurant/bar and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for events involving restaurant and bar service have been made. trains and mentors new staff. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend and night availability is a must.
Above award salary of $75,000 + superannuation.
You have previous experience in a similar environment. You have an RSA certificate. You have a passion for food and drinks.
