Rydges Port Macquarie is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Outlet Manager. Food and Beverage is what adds flavour to a stay! Guests love to enjoy delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented food. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your respective outlets with a goal of maximising outlet profitability, being that of Zebu Restaurant, bar and room service. You will manage costs, forecast revenue, generate revenue, and provide supportive functional assistance to the outlet team. You will lead a seamless guest experience and provide support to colleagues within the department. You may be required to supervise other Food & Beverage outlets as requested. About the Role: Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided for all guests & locals Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to achieve excellence Manage scheduling, inventory, and stock orders Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and smooth execution Drive revenue growth through budgeting, forecasting, and upselling initiatives Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, WH&S) Liaise with the team to ensure venue standards are upheld
About You: 2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in hospitality Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team Strong communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills NSW RSA certification
