Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

Rydges Port Macquarie is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Outlet Manager.
Food and Beverage is what adds flavour to a stay! Guests love to enjoy delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented food. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your respective outlets with a goal of maximising outlet profitability, being that of Zebu Restaurant, bar and room service. You will manage costs, forecast revenue, generate revenue, and provide supportive functional assistance to the outlet team. You will lead a seamless guest experience and provide support to colleagues within the department. You may be required to supervise other Food & Beverage outlets as requested.
