Job Description
Reporting to Director of Operations, you will have the ability to pro-actively position and drive the business to stay ahead of the industry trends.
What you will be doing: Building and leading an opening team capable of executing our full offering to the highest standard to a discerning international clientele.Implementation and upholding of BOH, FOH and hotel systems to ensure consistency and qualityDevelop a culture of quality through training, leadership and presenceWork closely with Director of Hotel Operations, Executive Chef and wider Hotel Management team to achieve hotel goalsThis role requires the availability to work late evenings, weekdays, weekend and public holidays.
