Swissotel Sydney is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with an outstanding reputation for curating world-class experiences and top-notch sequence of service for our guests and patrons.

Job Description

Reporting to Director of Operations, you will have the ability to pro-actively position and drive the business to stay ahead of the industry trends.
What you will be doing: Building and leading an opening team capable of executing our full offering to the highest standard to a discerning international clientele.Implementation and upholding of BOH, FOH and hotel systems to ensure consistency and qualityDevelop a culture of quality through training, leadership and presenceWork closely with Director of Hotel Operations, Executive Chef and wider Hotel Management team to achieve hotel goalsThis role requires the availability to work late evenings, weekdays, weekend and public holidays. About You Hands-on, guest focused and can lead by exampleHigh standard of grooming and presentationStrong understand of Budget, Payroll and Fiscal managementExceptional communication and organisational skillsHold a valid work right to work Full Time in AustraliaValid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card Additional Information

At least 2 years of previous experience with similar role in 5-star hotel environment.
