Bring your passion for food and quality and utilise your skills embracing a unique environment as a Food & Beverage Manager in the RAAF Williamtown Base , Newcastle Area. Join the team in this full-time role and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

The Position: Manage the front of house team for breakfast, lunch and dinner Organise and lead formal dining function Drive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for quality Ensure all compliance with contract and service standards is maintained leading to smooth day to day operations Drive exceptional customer service Responsible for financial reporting and reconciliation quotes and invoicing Rostering and people management The Person: Previous experience in a leadership and people management role including rostering and budgets HACCP Food handling experience Strong awareness and management of allergens in a food service environment. Proven ability to leading and managing a team with great communication skills Ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager. Excellent customer service skills Computer and systems experience Benefits:
