About the role
As the Food & Beverage Manager for the Calida Argentinian in South Brisbane, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and performance of the company's food and beverage offerings. This full-time position will see you managing a team of dedicated professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the food and beverage operationsSupervising and leading a team of chefs, bartenders, servers and other F&B staffMonitoring inventory, costs and budgets to maximise profitabilityEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulationsAnalyzing customer feedback and industry trends to drive continuous improvementCollaborating with the wider Alemre leadership team to achieve overall business objectivesWhat we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar food and beverage management role, preferably within the hospitality industryExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a teamDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful operational strategiesProficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial reportingStrong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiencesQualifications in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or a related field are highly desirableWhat we offer
