Hotel Bellinzona is seeking experienced, confident and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager for our 43 room luxury boutique hotel in Daylesford-Hepburn Springs, just 25 minutes from Ballarat.
A 'gun' is being sought who will take operations and experiences to a new level.
Nestled in the thriving spa township of Hepburn Springs, Hotel Bellinzona boasts the eclectic all-day dining The Virgin Kitchen, a New York-style cocktail bar & lounge plus the exclusive Oxford Dining Room and The Augustus private dining room.
Hotel Bellinzona is currently looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic leader to join the senior leadership team and head food and beverage across the entire business in collaboration with the Head Chef.
As well as a burgeoning Conference business, bespoke events are to play an integral part of the growth of Hotel Bellinzona .

Responsibilities include:
Leading a team - leadership and support of the team is key in this role.
Leading from the front.
Managing all Food & Beverage operations.
Managing all Event operations.
Direct liaison with the Head Chef on menu design, food innovation, standards and experiences.
Direct liaison with the Conference & Events Manager in the operations of conference & events.
Co-ordination between the Food & Beverage team and kitchen.
Training of all food & beverage staff in essential service and operating standards.
Preparation of monthly reports, including forecasting, budgeting, COS and analysis of monthly results.
Stimulating customer-focused service and taking it to the next level.
Taking ownership of all guest feedback and leading the change.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Strong communication skills with well-developed stakeholder management and exceptional organizational skills.
Proven experience leading a dynamic Food & Beverage operation.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a successful team.
Availability to work varied shifts; including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Experience and competence as a Barista - excellent coffee is a hallmark of The Virgin Kitchen.
Demonstrated minimum of 3 years experience within the hospitality, functions and events industry.
Proactive hands-on approach, taking ownership and generating pride.
A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Strong product and beverage inventory management skills.
