Food & Beverage Manager

The Alice Springs Golf Club is seeking an experienced, organised, self-motivated food and beverage service professional to join our bar & restaurant team.This management position reports through to the General Manager and is responsible for the following:The efficient day-to-day operations of the Range View restaurant and bar, as well as functions and events.Day-to-day training, leading, and supervising a small team of food and beverage attendants.Catering to the needs of all club members and guests while ensuring optimum customer service.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:A passion for food & beverage service and customer engagement.Previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.Previous functions and events experience preferred.Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service.Excellent communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Must be available to work afternoon and evening shifts across a 7-day roster, including both weekends and weekday shifts, 38 hours per week.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
