The Position: Manage the front of house team for breakfast, lunch and dinnerDrive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for qualityEnsure all compliance with contract and service standards is maintained leading to smooth day to day operationsDrive exceptional customer serviceRostering and people managementThe Person: Previous experience in a leadership and people management role including rostering and budgetsHACCP Food handling experienceStrong awareness and Management of allergens in a food service environment.Proven ability to leading and managing a team with great communication skillsAbility to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager.Benefits:
