Clublinks has recently taken on the Food and Beverage operations at the Queens Park Golf Course, creating an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are seeking motivated and people-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator who is passionate about serving a memorable experience for our guests.
This is a part time contract ending June 2025 (25 hours per week) with shifts consisting of early mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekend work.

Clublinks has been appointed to manage the operations of the Queens Park Golf course located in Highton, Geelong. Queens Park is a picturesque 18-hole golf course set in a valley bordered by the Barwon River and a walking track to Buckley falls. The par 66 course offers a challenge to all from the novice through to experienced golfer.
The Role Reporting to the Geelong Region Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting F&B service delivery of the hospitality outlets on the course including the Café and Bar.
Responsibilities in this role may include:
Providing service to the customers and visitors of Queens Park Golf Course ensuring customer service standards are followed Supporting the daily set up and pack down of all customer areas as per company standards Leading by example in customer service focused role Ensuring daily housekeeping standards are maintained Assisting with stock management including unpacking orders, merchandising and stocktakes Overseeing the food safety operations and ensure compliance with food safety requirements Hospitality stock and inventory management Leading the Food safety training and education for the team Managing staff wages and costs Serving alcohol as per responsible service of alcohol policies About you Ideally you possessthe followingskills, experience and qualifications:
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service Current RSA certificate DoFoodSafely certification Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate Ability to work weekdays and weekends, early morning and evening Vibrant and awesome energy Excellent communication and time management skills Current National Police check and First Aid qualifications Please don't delay in sending your applications through as applications will be reviewed as they are received, with the role commencing as soon as possible.
