You will provided hands-on training with the entire operation, including POS programming, Ivvy Conference Booking Diary, Social Media training as well as effective staff leadership.
In the absence of F&B Manager, you will be the face of the Restaurant and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the restaurant and that guests expectations are exceeded.
Overall Position Requirements: Have strong knowledge and absolute passion for food and beverage Be capable to lead the team and support the Restaurant Manager in the running of the service and outlets Assist in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and beverage Demonstrate and teach the art of upselling, whilst maintaining high service standard Build relationships with guests, team members and senior management Proactively increase skill and knowledge around produce, beverage, and cuisine. You will possess: Minimum 3 years' experience in the hospitality sector or a leadership role that was focused on customer service.
