As our Food & Beverage Attendant reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a fun and trusted environment for our guests, take good care, and work alongside a team embodying integrity.
Venues we are recruiting for: Sokyo: Awarded and maintained One Hat Restaurant for 9 years running.Black Bar & Grill: Sydney's best steakhouse showcasing wood-fired steaks and seafood.Sovereign Dining: Exclusive space for our VIP Members with fine dining.Oasis Lounge: Inviting sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of the Main Gaming Floor.A few of your responsibilities: Handle all guest queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact.Prepare food and beverage for guests whilst creating a thrilling, memorable guest experience.Consistently demonstrate relevant restaurant sequence of service.Correctly prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages.Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with statutory and company hygiene requirements.Perform the duties of an usher by greeting and escorting guests to assigned seating section.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote effective communication.Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures.Follow all dispensing measures and necessary recording of waste.Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner.What we are looking for: Previous experience in Bars or Restaurants (highly regarded).Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster.Current NSW RSA.About you: As an expert in Food & Beverage or Customer Service, you understand the essence of delivering a world-class service.
