About the role Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a caring & passionate hospitality professional to join the team at Shamrock Hotel Motel Mackay as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's food & beverage operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours. Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement. Pay: $31.00 – $45.00 per hour
