As our Food & Beverage Attendant reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

We have full-time and part-time positions available, with penalty loadings for early mornings, late nights, and weekends! A few of your responsibilities: Handle all guest queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems to your leaderPrepare food and beverage for guests while creating a thrilling, memorable guest experienceConsistently demonstrate relevant restaurant sequence of serviceCorrectly prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, adhering to recipes and specified measuresEnsure that all tasks are completed in accordance with statutory and company hygiene requirementsPerform the duties of an usher by greeting and escorting guests to assigned seatingMaintain a high level of product knowledge and promote effective communicationComplete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work areaFollow all dispensing measures as per procedures, and the necessary recording of wasteProvide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient mannerWhat we are looking for: Previous experience in Bars or Restaurants (highly regarded)Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsFlexible availability across a 24/7 rosterCurrent NSW RSAAbout you: As an expert in Food & Beverage or Customer Service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
