The Compass Group Casual Pool team is currently recruiting Food and Beverage Attendants for our Melbourne Casual Pool.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style.Provide a high-level food and beverage service at a variety of sites and locations.Fine dining experience preferred.Ensure the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion.Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.Liaise with all team members, including chefs, to assess requirements for the day.The Person: 2-3 years of F&B experience required.Experience in 5-star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events venues, or airline lounges is highly regarded.Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.Great energy, a flexible approach, and immaculate presentation.A valid RSA is required.Benefits: Above award hourly rate.Opportunity to gain experience from multiple experts in the hospitality industry.Variety of working at multiple sites.
