And much, much more! Job Overview: The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service that ensures guaranteed guest satisfaction including but not limited too;
Welcoming guests into the restaurant Providing menu recommendations Taking food and beverage orders Delivering food and beverages to tables Clearing tables To be successful in this role, you must possess: A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is a must Reliable transport to and from work Outgoing, enthusiastic with great customer service & communication skills Hands on experience in a similar role at a fast-paced restaurant would be advantageous Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling would be advantageous Work effortlessly in a team environment.
