This role will appeal to locals as staff accommodation is not provided What you'll do: You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome.
You'll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude.
On a daily basis you will: Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.
There are multiple casual roles available offering approximately 30-35 hours per week. What you'll bring: Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce Strong bar and cocktail making experience A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Barista skills Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays Flexibility to work across other departments as required What's in it for you?
