Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking part-time Food & Beverage Attendants, with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks, this role has plenty of variety.
You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):
Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings;Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures;Take responsibility for your designated section and station whilst on shift;Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. QualificationsResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate;Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends;Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail;Passion for customer service;Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable.
